Our Challenge Me Mentoring programme is Bespoke Programme which uses 12 Aspect of self that helps to promote positive mental and emotional change. It provides a structured pathway for young people to access further education, employment, or training. When young people engage with our programme, we equip them with the skills and readiness needed to transition into placements, courses or apprenticeships successfully. With proven success of engaging young people we felt the need to deliver a CPD Accredited Challenge Me Training to staff who work with the most highly challenged young people. This training gives professionals a better understanding into the mind set of young people, gaining the confidence to challenge and to have a positive impact on a young person’s life.

Empower Together provides personalised, empathetic, and effective support for individuals aged 11 through to adulthood. Whether you’re navigating academic, emotional, or life transitions, we’re here to guide you. We recognise the huge gap in learning provision for young people who struggle to engage in mainstream education, have been excluded from PRU’s or where there has been a lack of provision that is able to meet the needs of the young person.

Focusing Health is a mobile health check service based in the North West of England, offering convenient in-home health assessments by NHS-trained professionals. Their services include blood pressure checks, BMI measurements, cholesterol tests, blood type checks, and urine analysis, along with flu jabs, COVID-19 vaccinations, and PRP treatments. Designed to make preventive healthcare more accessible, Focusing Health brings professional care directly to your doorstep.

At Empower Me Together, we believe creativity is the cornerstone of personal growth and fulfilment, and we provide a safe and nurturing space for exploring emotions through dance, drama, poetry and arts and crafts. By fostering self-expression and providing opportunities to showcase creative work, we inspire healing, resilience and connection, helping individuals and the community better understand trauma in meaningful, creative way. Through personal experience, we deeply understand the challenges stemming from trauma and vulnerability. All our workshops are guided by our passionate and trauma-informed team and we are committed to empowering individuals through comprehensive creative and expressive workshops.
